High Speed Semi-Automatic Valve Bag Packing Machine
This is our valve bag filling and packing machine, the filling process can be manual, where an operator places a bag on the spout, or it can be fully automated using a robotic valve bag placer and bag magazine.
Valve bags are self-sealing or self-closing and do not require a bag closing heat sealer or sewing machine. There are three main types of valve bag filling machines, including auger fillers, impeller valve bag fillers, and pneumatic driving air packers.
Individual valve bag filling machines fill bags at rates up to 8 bags per minute, or 480 bags per hour. The filled bags typically weigh 10-110 pounds or 5-50 kilograms and can contain powders, flakes, or granular types of products. A3:We usually handle with TT in advance, this is quick and easy way. While for some countries have difficulty to pay TT advance, we can also handle TT+LC term, while we recommend the TT payment term if possible.

Some adjusting problem if you meet, that can be solved online, our experienced engineer will give video guiding, this is most convenient and economic way.
