The hanging ear coffee beans drip coffee bag packing machine DC50 is a new type of hanging ear coffee filter sachet filling and packing machine, it adopt ultrasonic sealing, use the electronic scale metering to cutting-stock, perfect sealing,cutting-stock accuracy.

 

The drip coffee maker is multi-function, it can automatically filling coffee powder into inner drip coffee bags and then add outer envelope, avoiding hands directly contacting with stuff materials, improving the efficiency.

 

The machine can automatically finish the load, measuring, bag making, sealing, cutting, counting, finished product conveyor, and other functions.

 

The inner coffee bag is made of non woven roll material, which is pre tagged with paper hanger, after forming and sealing, the coffee bag can be placed on the cup for brewing, the outer bag is composite heat sealable material.

Vacuum conveyor: this is used for feeding coffee powder into the packing machine hopper. Nitrogen Generator: this is to create Nitrogen, and then connect with drip coffee bag packing machine and fill Nitrogen into drip coffee pouches full automatically, this will longer the shelf life, keep fresh smell of the coffee products.

Date coding machine: this is used for coding the expiry date on the outer envelop.
